The Cheat Sheet is organized into categories such as Detoxification Pathways, Heart Disease, Sleep & Circadian Rhythm, Neurotransmitters & Hormones, and more! Within each category, there is a quick description of the article, the risk allele, and a color-coded column showing your genotype.
Upload your genome:
Simply upload your genetic raw data file from 23andMe or AncestryDNA on the checkout page.
I will get back to you with a printable .pdf of the Ultimate Cheat Sheet within 1-2 business days. If you don’t see it in your email, please check your spam folder and then get in touch.

Privacy:
Privacy is extremely important, and your genetic data will only be used to create the Cheat Sheet. Your data will be transmitted and then stored (offline) for a month, in case you have questions or need the Cheat Sheet re-sent. After that, your genetic data will be deleted. Your data will not be sold, used for research, or used to sell you supplements, etc.

Included also is a coupon code for a free annual membership, which will be emailed with the cheat sheet. The coupon will allow you to set up a Genetic Lifehacks membership, giving access all the member’s articles which are linked to from the cheat sheet.
