Use this calculator to compare two genetic raw data files to see an estimate of relatedness.
This calculator uses the KING kinship inferences formula, which gives a rough estimate of relatedness. It isn’t going to be as precise as some of the tools offered by the big genealogy companies, but it will let you know an approximate relationship (e.g. siblings, cousins, aunt/uncles). It is intended as a fun and educational calculator and should not be relied on for precise relationship information.
