How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your subscription on the Subscriptions tab on your Account Info page. If you signed up as an annual member without the auto-renew feature, you won’t have a subscription to cancel.
Why do I periodically need to reconnect my data?
The data connection is just local to your raw data file on your hard drive. If you clear the cache in your browser (or update your software), you’ll need to reconnect to the data file.
