I’m always happy to help members. I answer questions by email on Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (Eastern time). While there are no official support hours on Saturdays and Sundays, I do try to pop in and answer questions periodically on the weekend.

How do I merge my AncestryDNA and 23andMe data?

How do I cancel my membership? 
You can cancel your subscription on the Subscriptions tab on the Account Info page.  If you signed up as an annual member without the auto-renew feature, you won’t have a subscription to cancel.

Why do I periodically need to reconnect my data?
The data connection is just local to your raw data file on your hard drive. If you clear the cache in your browser (or update your software), you’ll need to reconnect to the data file.
