Navigating the wealth of information on this site can be overwhelming — especially understanding how genetic variants and topics relate to each other.

The ‘Top 5 Topics’ report is a personalized guide to what I believe are likely to be important topics for you, from a genetics viewpoint. The report provides a short overview of the topic and then an explanation of how your genetic variants come into play. Additionally, I’ll explain how genetic variants from different sections of the cheat sheet interact with each other. The report typically ends up being 12-16 pages, and I sometimes go beyond 5 topics if needed.

Please note:  I am not a doctor. What you are getting is my insight on what could be important, based on statistics and genetics research. If you have any medical questions, please take the information to your doctor.

If you have specific topics or concerns you’d like me to prioritize in the report, please include them in the comments section on the order form – or email me via the contact page. I want the report to be useful to you, and I’m more than happy to customize it to include how your genes interact with the topics that you are most interested in. Often this means that I can further explain exactly how one (or more) of the ‘Top 5 Topics’ fits with a concern that you have.

I will get back to you via email with your Top 5 Report within 2-4 business days.

In addition to the consultation report, you will also receive a 185+ page PDF file summarizing how your genetic data aligns with the articles on this website. This summary helps you quickly identify which of our 350+ articles are pertinent to your genetic profile.

Upload your genome:

Simply upload your genetic raw data file from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, etc. on the checkout page. You will need to give it a minute to completely upload before finishing the checkout process.

Privacy and transparency:
Privacy is paramount; your genetic data will only be used to create the Top 5 Topics report and cheat sheet. Your data will be transmitted and then stored (offline) for a month, in case you have questions or need the report to be re-sent. After a month, your genetic data will be deleted.
